Shooting in Paris continues, policeman severely wounded

Shooting started in the outskirts of Paris on the morning of January 8. One policeman was severely wounded. No other details have been reported yet, RIA Novosti informs.

Three terrorists rushed into the office of the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo and opened fire. They left the place in a stolen car. 12 people including four painters, two policemen and an observer from the radio station France Inter were killed. 11 people were wounded.

The French police and special troops are conducting special operations all over the country. They are looking for people connected with the yesterday’s terrorist act in Paris. 7 people suspected of being connected with the terrorist act have already been detained.

Mourning has been announced in France today.
