Council of Europe head to visit Kiev
Council of Europe's Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland is to hold consultations on the new law and the constitutional and election reform in Ukraine.
He will also discuss the creation of an international consultation group to investigate the acts of violence in Ukraine, ria.ru reports.
Both sides are expected to discuss the suggestion of the Council of Europe about assistance in the expertise in the field of human rights and the rights of minorities.
