Sannikov: Belarus set for dictatorial privatization

Andrei Sannikov, the coordinator of the European Belarus campaign, today said at a press conference in Minsk that he would make efforts so that the outcome of the elections to the House of Representatives would not be recognized by the international community.
He believes that if the recognition takes place, "a dictatorial privatization" will take place in Belarus.

Andrei Sannikov: "A dictatorial privatization will follow after the recognition of the parliament. There are forces and amoral business-circles in the West and the East which are interested in privatization in Belarus to the benefit of their interests. We can't allow this to happen".
