Russian paratroopers spotted in Viciebsk (photo)
Soldiers from the neighbouring state were seen walking across the city accompanied by a Belarusian officer.
The Russians bought SIM cards of a cell operator to phone to Russia, Vitsebsk People’s News reports.
The paratroopers are probably going to take part in the competition in mobile guard brigade #103.
