Rumas: Minsk will not bid for UEFA Europa League 2016 final

Belarus Football Federation chairman Siarhei Rumas admitted in an interview with tut.by that the reconstruction of Dynamo Stadium was delayed. The arena "would not be constructed to meet the initial deadline."
