Zmitser Shurkhai detained at border for 5 hours
The BCD steering committee activist was going to Poland for a personal business through the border crossing point "Warsaw Bridge".
According to the BCD press-center, they kept him at the border since 5 a.m. till 10
a.m. The frontier guards searched the politician personally and inspected his
car. According to Shurkhai, they made him take his clothes off almost
completely.
People in plain
clothes were present at the search procedure. They introduced themselves as
migration service officers, but the activist does not exclude that they could
be the KGB representatives.
