Supreme Court lacks money to copy documents
The hearing of the Belarusian Christian Democracy’s complaint about the Ministry of Justice has taken place in Supreme Court today.
The BCD demands that the results of the Ministry of Justice to register the party should be announced illegal – there have already been three of them after every constituent assembly of the party.
The executive secretary of the BCD Dzyanis Sadouski has informed Euroradio on air that the decision has not been taken this time – the court has announced “a break” until Friday.
"We have to study the case papers within two days. However, we have not managed to get the papers after the hearing because it was announced that the court lacked money to make copies. Maybe we will have to bring our own Xerox there”, - noted Sadouski.
