State not to be the only importer of elite alcohol in Belarus

According to Minister of Trade Valyantsin Chakanau, the decision demonstrates that the country has not left the way of liberalization.

Chalanau: "The following high-quality types alcohol have been excluded from the list of alcohol that only the state is allowed to import: champagne, grape wines, vermouth, cognac (including cognac that matured for at least 10 years), whiskey, rum and gin".
