Sannikau not found in Vitsebsk penal colonies
Civil initiative for preserving prisoners' rights "Platform" has informed this.
They refer to the regional administration of the department of serving punishments, informs "Belarusian Partisan".
Let us remind you, current acting director of the Department Pratsenka stated today that Sannikau had been transferred from the penal colony in Babruisk to one of the colonies in Vitsebsk region. However, the ex-presidential candidate wasn't found in the penal colonies number 13, 10, 8 and 3.
It is possible that Sannikau in the process of prison transportation and hasn't arrived to the new colony yet.
