Russian Emergency Ministry: meteorite still not found
The message previously published by the website of Chelyabinsk governor has been refuted.
Head of the national center
for crisis situations of the Emergency Ministry of Russia Vladimir Stepanov
said that it was too early to speak about the found exact place of meteorite's
fall. According to him, the information about the space object's fragments
which fell over the Urals is also disputable. They are still searching the
fragments from air.
About 550 people were injured, no severe injuries were reported, mostly cuts by
broken glass. 112 people sent to hospital, 84 of them are children.
