Revolutionary Mikhal Valovich commemorated in Slonim district (photo)
Slonim association of democratic forces organized the event.
An anniversary of the national-liberation movement 1831-1833 participant Mikhal Valovich was marked on June 18 in the village Parechcha, Slonim district. The participants of the action also honoured the memory of his allies.
More than 30 people from Slonim, Dziatlava and Hrodna came to the event. They put flowers to the memorial cross to the insurgents at the Parechcha cemetery.
After the official part was over, the participants had an opportunity to listen to the bard Valery Zhamojtsin.
