Pickets of solidarity with Belarus to take place in Moscow

On August 3, since 6 p.m. till 8 p.m., Moscow inhabitants will bring teddy bears to the monument to Griboyedov in Chistye Prudy. According to the organizers, this is the symbol of love and lightful dreams. The bears will be sent to the sky on a balloon, and this will be accompanied by dances to the guitar songs. One of the action's organizer Ryhor Dzyachkou has told Euroradio all this:

"We will try to stand out as much as possible with the help of symbols and the elements of a performance, to attract the public to what we put our hearts into. I hope it will bring effect".

The organizers do not exaggerate the level of awareness of the Moscow inhabitants about the situation in Belarus, but they state that different organizations and movements have supported the idea of the action. The organizers chose the following motto of the action: "Solidarity is stronger than oppression".
