People laying flowers on Kupala monument get detained
Nina Bahinskaya and Natallya Vodzich have been detained and delivered to Minsk Central District Department of the Interior.
No details or reason for the detention have been reported so far. Human rights activists are trying to learn the details, informs “Vyasna”. Flowers were laid on Yanka Kupala monument to mark the anniversary of the adoption of the State Sovereignty Declaration of Belarus on July 27, 1990.
