One-armed invalid fined for applause
A funny incident has occurred in one of Hrodna courts.
Handicapped Kanstantsin, who lost his arm, was detained on Sunday. He was fined for clapping on July 7. A witness confirmed it.
The inhabitant of Hrodna was fined for the maximum sum – 1 million 50 thousand rubles. “The one –armed bandit’s” father was in the court room at that moment and tried explaining that a one-armed person could not applaud. According to witnesses, the judge listened to it, lowered her head and fined him, informs “Evening Grodno”.
