Motor-vessel "Sergey Abramov" on fire in Moscow (photo)
The vessel is moored in the Northern port in Moscow. The fire has been given the third category of severity out of five.
Two passengers of "Sergey Abramov" vessel have been sent to hospital, two more have been rendered medical help on the spot. The fire rescuers haven't managed to extinguish the fire yet, informs ВВС.
The area of the fire makes 200 square meters at the first deck. However, the center of fire is in the hold and it is impossible to define the whole area so far.
According to the information provided by the RIA Novosti news agency, all the passengers of the vessel have been evacuated. There were 31 people aboard. The destiny of one crew member is still unknown.
According to the latest information, the rescuers have localized the fire.
