Moscow-Minsk oil negotiations slow down

The official Minsk planned to hold it in the end of last week or in the beginning of this week, informs interfax.by with a reference to an anonymous source. The Belarusian negotiators are expecting that the dialogue with Moscow will be continued at the top state level.

It has been informed that Russia refused from new negotiations at the governmental level. The Russian officials insist on oil shipments suggested during negotiations on November 19-20, - 18 million tons in 2013. Meanwhile, Minsk counts on import of 23 million tons of Russian oil next year.

The leaders of Belarus and Russia can meet on December 5 at the CIS summit in Ashkhabad, or on December 19 in Moscow, where there will be top level meetings in the framework of the CSTO, the EurAsEs and the Customs Union.
