Mikita Lihavid asks why he needs to be put in jail for Sqaure-2010

He met deputy head of the court Veranika Abramovich, Lihavid told BelaPAN. But she was unable to explain anything to him. That is why the guy has sent a written appeal and is supposed to get a reply within a month. The activist has also brought a copy of his appeal to Minsk Pershamaiski District Department of the Interior.

Lihavid must spend 10 days in jail for participation in the protest action on December 19, 2010. The policeman who informed him about it referred to the existing court's decision.

Lihavid was sentenced to an administrative arrest in December 2010. Then his case became criminal and the guy was returned guilty of mass riots. He was imprisoned for 3 years. Lihavid and 11 other political prisoners were pardoned by the President  in September 2011.
