Lazavik suggests OSCE observers should not be invited to election
He has suggested inviting western observers only if the European Union cancels the visa sanctions imposed on Belarusian officials.
The secretary of the Central Election Committee has claimed it in an interview with interfax.by. In Lazavik’s opinion, it should be the main condition for inviting European officials to monitor the election.
Moreover, the Belarusian official thinks that it would not be right to invite the OSCE mission to Belarus. He says that the OSCE is to blame for the fact that Belarusian officials are personae non gratae in Europe.
