Journalist of Radio Racija reapplies for accreditation
Journalist Victar Parfyonenka has reapplied for official registration in the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In no way has Victar Parfyonenka been able to get this permission. He made the previous attempts in 2009 and 2010.
According to article 10 of the Thesis on Accreditation Order, Parfyonenka is considered to be a foreign journalist despite the fact that he is a Belarusian citizen, does not violate anything and has been trying to get the accreditation since the beginning of his career as a reporter. It is worth mentioning that not a single journalist of Radio Racija has been officially allowed to do their job so far, informs the human rights centre “Vyasna”.
