According to BelaPAN, the working program of this mission ends on March 25. The IMF delegation will hold consultations with the government and the National Bank of Belarus to discuss the fiscal and monetary policy and economic development prospects of the country.

The IMF experts will also conduct the fourth post-program monitoring of the Belarusian economy after the implementation of the standby program. Belarus implemented this program backed by a $3.5 billion IMF loan between January 2009 and April 2010. The peak of these payments falls on 2013-2014.
