Fake Putin caught on German train
The incident happened
during the ordinary ID check on the train going from Salzburg to
Munich, reports Deutsche Welle. One of the passengers produced a
Latvian driver's license issued in the name of Russian President Vladimir
Putin, with a photo, to the ticket collectors.
According to the 27-year-old
Russian-speaking resident of Lower Saxony, he bought the fake license at a
market in Russia for fun only.
The fake Putin continued his journey after ticket collectors had confiscated the document.
