Ex-political prisoner Mr. Atroshchankau not allowed to visit Lithuania

According to the website charter97.org, Atropshchankau and his wife were heading for Vilnius “for tourism purposes”.  He had a reference saying that he was allowed to leave the country. It had been given out by Minsk Central District Citizenship and Migration Department.

The coordinator of “European Belarus” was informed that he was not allowed to leave the country at the border. The corresponding stamp has been added to his passport.

Let us remind you that Atroshchankau was made to get off “Minsk-Moscow” train in Orsha at the end of March. He was heading to Russia to leave for Brussels with Syarhei Kalyakin and Anatol Lyabedzka. He was accused of “petty hooliganism” and fined for 350 thousand roubles.
