Ex-political prisoner complains to UN Human Rights Committee
Fyodar Mirzayanau will complain about his arrest for "Dec.19 case".
According to the information provided by the web-site of the UCP, The Supreme Court declined the appeal against the sentence made by the first instance court and the cassation court. In the Supreme Court's opinion, Mirzayanau "foresaw the consequences dangerous for the society and wanted these consequences to happen".
Fyodar Mirzayanau's mother Lyudmila has stated that their family will address to the United Nations' Human Rights Committee after going through the Belarusian courts.
