Dozens opposition members detained in Moscow (photo)
A traditional action has been organized by members of “Strategy-31”.
The actions take place in Moscow and Saint Petersburg every 31st day of every month in support of the 31st article of the Russian Constitution.
According to it, citizens have the right for peaceful assembly; they can organize meetings and demonstrations, manifestations and pickets without weapons.
According to the official information, 133 people have been detained in Moscow for participation in the action. Military troops and special forces patrolled Triumph Square in Moscow.
Let us remind you that the 24/7 protest action started in Moscow on May 7. People are urged to join “Freedom March -2” on June 12 (Russia Day).
