"Center of Europe"'s officials are totally illiterate
The Deputy Minister of Education Anatol Tozik has said that none of the 332 employees of the Council of Ministers speaks any foreign language.
"And this is happening in the country which is located in the center of Europe, at the European crossroads!" — the Deputy Minister wondered.
