Catherine Ashton thinks it's time to normalize EU-Belarus relations
The EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has made a speech at the hearings of the European Parliament on April 17.
Having commented on the release of ex-presidential candidate Andrei Sannikau, Ashton said that these events "have demonstrated the necessity for the EU to be determined and to come out in a united front".
Alongside with that, the head of the European diplomacy has noted that the EU now has a new opportunity to normalize relations with our country, Radio Liberty reports.
