Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia abolish customs control at internal borders
Customs officials of the 3 countries will share information about registered goods via their internal channels since today.
Customs control will be conducted only at the external borders, according to “Radio Liberty”. The agreement on creating the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan was signed in October 2007. Common Customs Code was elaborated later and came in force this July.
