Author of "Musorok" poster to stand trial today (video)
Ivan Amelchanka was detained on May 15 in the Lenin district police department and delivered to the Akrestsina street detention center.
According to the information provided by the web-site of the human rights center "Vyasna", Amelchanka decided to give up to the police himself as for the last few weeks they constantly tried to summon him to give explanations with regard to the December 19, 2010 mass disturbances case through his parents.
Although the youngster took a lawyer to the police department with him, the lawyer wasn't admitted. They made an administrative charge against Ivan.
Let us remind you, Ivan Amelchanka conducted a performance at this year's "Chernobyl Way" action - he stood beside a plain-clothed policeman who was filming the action, and held a poster "Musorok". *
