Another silent action to take place in Belarus today
Minskers have been suggested a new type of the action. The provinces will have the traditional one.
The organizers have changed the format of the action in Mink drastically. They are going to organize separate actions in the city districts.
The organizers suggest that Minskers should gather near their own porches at first and applaud one another at 7 p.m. Then they should head for their district housing and communal services departments and start clapping their hands there at 7.30 p.m. Then the action will be over.
