Anatol Lyaukovich creates new party
It will be called the Belarusian Centrist Party.
The creation of the new party is explained by the fact that there is no real political struggle and political life in Belarus. The approaching parliamentary election will not change the situation in the country, think the initiators. The founders of the new party say that the current authorities are "bronze with patina" and claim that the opposition has wasted the limit of the public's trust.
The constituent assembly of the party has been appointed for December 23. It will take place in Brest.
Let us remind you that Lyaukovich used to head the Belarusian Social-Democratic Party (Assembly) but was expelled from it.
