Belarus leader decides to take part in the mourning ceremonies over Hugo Chavez' death
The state leader's press service informed Euroradio about it. Victar Sheiman and Uladzimir Syamashka were supposed to head the Belarusian delegation.
"It is explained by the fact that Hugo Chavez did not have such friendly relations with any other foreign President but Alyaksandr Lukashenka. Our countries have reached good results in different fields thanks to this friendship," BelTA reports quoting the press service.
The state leader's traditional reception dated for Women's Day will be delayed.
