Record-breaking number of apartment thefts in Minsk last Friday


At least 30 apartments were broken in just on one day of Sepetmber 21 in the Belarusian capital Minsk, twice as much as on working days, Alexander Najdzenka, the deputy chief of the Minsk Police Department told Belta news agency. 10 cases out of 30 thefts had already been cracked by the metropolitan police, he said.
