Radiation at Minsk's squares

ERB compared radiation in various locations in the capital. Some squares in Minsk are paved with radioactive slabs. We measured radiation in various places in the capital.

Radiation levels varied between 13 and 56 microrontgen. Fifty six is three times the maximum allowed contamination level.

…Ten centimeters away, radioactivity is too high.


Slabs near the fountain are safe. Radioactivity levels are normal at Victory Square.


Radiation levels are within the allowed limits in front of the National Library.
