At a meeting with Alyaksandr Lukashenka in Sochi, Vladimir Putin described the conditions for the summit on Ukraine, scheduled for February 11 in Minsk. According to Putin, as reported by lenta.ru, meeting in the "Normandy format" will take place, "if by that time it will be possible to agree on a number of points".
As Euroradio reported earlier, the Belarusian leader promised to organize a meeting in Minsk properly.
If the summit takes place, it will be the first visit of the leaders of Germany and France to the independent Republic of Belarus.
