Putin and Sidorski to discuss terms of energy supplies in Moscow today
A meeting of Prime Ministers of Russia and Belarus Uladzimir Putin and Syarhei Sidorski will take place in Moscow today.
It is planned to discuss terms of supplies of energy carriers, the issues of development and integration of the economies, connections between enterprises and cooperation in the field of energy.
As the deputy Mistier of Finance of Russia Dmitrii Pankin informed, the Prime Ministers may also take a decision about the allocation of an additional credit to Belarus. According to him, a 2-billion credit “is being discussed”.
It is also possible that the issue of introduction of common currency may be discussed during the meeting of Putin and Sidorski. The Russian Ambassador Alexander Surikov claimed it at a press conference in Minsk on August 6.
