Presidential suites in Minsk occipied most of time

The presidential suites in most hotels in Minsk were occupied today, although some of them cost $1,500 dollars a night.

Crown Plaza charges $1,200 for its presidential suite but the price varies depending on the demand. The demand has been brisk.

"The price changes every day depending on bookings. There is nothing like that in other hotels. There is even a competition for the presidential suite in our hotel," a hotel employee told ERB.

The two-level suite has a Jacuzzi tub, a sauna and huge beds. All that an ordinary person can need.

Sheikhs, celebrities and ordinary people stay there.

Hotel Europa's presidential suite is also occupied. It costs €1,105 a night for one person and €1,150 for two. The hotel's cheapest room is €265.

The presidential suite was available at the Minsk Hotel only. It costs $1,107 a night. But hotel personnel said it is booked most of the time.

"The heads of diplomatic delegations, prominent people stay there. Artists book it for filming," a hotel employee said.
