Police report drawn against ‘silent meeting’ participant in Lida

Seven people lit candles and hoisted a white-red-white flag at the cemetery. People in plain clothes were watching them. They noted down their names and started summoning them to the police on April 2. A report has already been drawn up against Staniuslau Sudnik (in the photo).

"I did not agree with the prosecution because we had not organized any meetings at the cemetery, no speeches were made. However, I am accused of ‘participation in a speechless meeting’, the report says,” Radio Liberty quotes Sudnik.

People in plain clothes also recorded the Lida activists’ visit to the grave of a BNR Minister – general Kandratovich.
