Police prevented Khartyya-97 from updating Web site for three hours

Searching for a stolen bike, police officers paralyzed Khartyya-97 Web site for three hours, preventing it from covering a march marking the 23rd anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster.   Police entered the office at about noon, saying they were searching for a bicycle stolen from neighbors. The officers left three hours later and the Web site was not updated while they were at the office.

Natallya Radzina, editor of the Web site, told ERB that seven officers participated in the raid.
