Polatsk entrepreneur spent clients’ money in casino

A venturesome entrepreneur from Polatsk used to spend his clients’ money in a casino and did not execute orders. The man had to install uPVC windows, sliding-door wardrobes and metallic doors. The police have revealed 35 cases when unfortunate Polatskers did not get neither new windows nor doors. Clients were attracted by low prices and short terms. The criminal had provided some minor services to most of those people. They were satisfied and trusted him. That is why he managed to get 100% of front money from them and did not execute orders. Furthermore, he borrowed money without scruple.

The whole some of his debt to credulous clients was more than 30 million roubles. According to the Criminal Code of Belarus, he may be sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment and confiscation of his property, notes the website “Vitsebsk people’s News”.
