Points system to penalize drivers postponed for 2011

Belarus has postponed a system of points to penalize drivers for the violation of traffic rules, reports Belapan.
The Traffice Police said earlier that the system would be introduced this year or next year.

A new driving permit will be introduced in two years, because a new international convention road rules will become effective on March 29, 2011.
