People dispersed when Lukashenka was being awarded
The team of Alyaksandr Lukashenka traditionally won a ski-roller relay race – four 2.5 km races. Participants of the fourth round had to ride bicycles because of the rain.

“The President was the first to finish. The second place was taken by the team of the sports association “Dynama”, the third one – by representatives of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. People dispersed at the moment when the Mayor of Minsk Mihail Paulau started giving out awards because of the heavy rain”.
