Optimization: Ministry of Culture cut down by 25%

Minister of Culture Barys Svyatlou has informed this at a press-conference on October 8.

Barys Svyatlou: "Since July 1, 2013 the apparatus of the Ministry of Culture has been cut down by 25%, precisely speaking, 27 units. The Administration for cinema art suffered the most, the administration for arts and the economy administration - the least."

Back in January, Alyaksandr Lukashenka spoke for shortening the state apparatus by 25%. In the state leader's opinion, this would release the money to increase the officials' salaries.
