OCSE representative criticizes Belarusian and Russian TV
A representative of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OCSE) Miklós Haraszti is dissatisfied with the state of television in Russia. He has called it an instrument of propaganda, informs a portal Newsland. At the same time, Mr. Haraszti has also criticized the state of television in Belarus and in former Soviet republics of Central Asia and the Caucasus. The European official did not specify what countries he meant.
