No insult of Lukashenka found in Movement For Freedom activist’s posts

У допісах актывіста руху “За свабоду” не знайшлі абразы Лукашэнкі

The police have finished the investigation of the complaint about Dzyanis Rabyanok’s alleged insult of Alyaksandr Lukashenka and have refused to start a criminal case, according to the notice from Kalinkavichy District Department of the Interior. However, it does not mean that everything is over, Dzyanis Rabyanok noted.

Rabyanok: “The decision will come into force when the prosecutors agree that the decision is right. The case has just been sent to the local Public Prosecutor’s Office.”

Machuylishchy inhabitant Vyachalau Safronau lodged a complaint about Dzyanis Rabyanok’s posts accusing him of insulting Alyaksandr Lukashenka on VKontakte. A page that does not belong to him was indicated in the complaint. Safronau lodged the complaint in connection with his demand to block the Russian website Regnum, Rabyanok reckons.

Rabyanok is not going to accuse Safronau of libel. Nevertheless, the activist closed his Vkontakte page after receiving threats from ‘Russian world’ adherents on this social networking site.
