New type of fixed property appears in Belarus – car place
The Belarusian authorities have invented a new type of fixed property – “a car place”. This object of fixed property was introduced by presidential decree #538 on October 14, reports the AFN. In general, a car place is a place where you can park your car. For example, it can be a place in a car park or a tent in the yard of a private house. Car places now have to be registered as immovable property in Belarus. It will be possible to lease them on a legal basis.
