A new building of the European Humanities University has been opened in Vilnius. The ceremony was dated for the Day of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth Constitution of 3 May 1791. The new building is the former Consolation Church in the Old Town of Vilnius. The Lithuanian government decided to give the building to the university last autumn. The EHU shared its building with Mykolas Romeris University starting from 2005.
