NATO Secretary General: Russia masses troops near Ukraine border
The Russian troops deployed near the Ukraine border have increased by several thousand people, NATO's Anders Fogh Rasmussen said.

“Armed groupings have become more active at Ukraine’s border recently,” representative of the information centre of the National Security and Defence Council Vladimir Chepovoi said. Russia is gathering troops and disguising military equipment near the border, he claimed.
