The rescuers took him out of the chin-up bar with the help of a gasoline blow torch.
On October 14 at night, the Ministry for Emergency Situations got the message that a man got stuck in the metallic chin-up bar. The man was drunk and absolutely naked!
The rescuers set the 37-year-old Minsker free with the help of a gasoline blow torch, informs the website of the Ministry for Emergency Situations. He had no need for medical assistance. He claims he got into the chin-up bar "accidentally".
