MuzTV porn video case to be considered by Partisan district court of Minsk
Minsk public prosecutor's office sent the case of the former video engineer, accused of public broadcast of pornography, to that court.
According to BelaPAN, the restraint against the accused hasn't been changed - he stays in custody. The trial date has not been set yet.
The incident occurred on April 13. Musical video clips were interrupted with a porn video broadcast on MuzTV at about 4 p.m. The video engineer who broadcasted the video closed the doors and left for his home city - Mahileu. The young man explained his deed by depression – he got divorced two months ago. He was also dissatisfied with his job and wage. The man wanted to do something that would cause a negative reaction in the society.
During the investigation, the man fully admitted guilt and cooperated with the investigators. A psychiatric expertise was conducted and it showed that the man did not need any medical assistance.
