MP Kanapatskaya: House of Representatives resembles mire
The House of Representatives is ‘a mire’, MP Hanna Kanapatskaya, member of the United Civil Party, said when meeting local democratic activists in Mahilyou on December 3.
“I have been there and I can see that this is a mire. I have seen that there is usually one vote contra and everybody knows whose vote it is. It is scary; this mire needs to be changed somehow. I cannot do it alone. Let us do it together,” Kanapatskaya said.
This ‘mire’ has not affected her, the MP assured. She is not wearing the MP’s badge and there is no Lukashenka’s portrait in her study, the opposition MP stressed.
